Warm apartment refurbished in 2020 - 2 independent bedrooms (3 beds), new equipped kitchen, bathroom & separate toilet, WIFI.
Ideal for a family of 4/5 people or 2 couples.
Ideally located in the Old Alpe with direct access to the Grande Sure chairlift (less than 50m) allows you to leave and return on skis.

We welcome you to this warm and cozy apartment that we completely refurbished in 2020. From the plumbing to the walls, including the sanitary facilities, the kitchen has been redone to offer you optimal comfort! The apartment has the Alpe d'Huez quality label and a 3-star rating +.
The apartment is ideally located in the Vieil Alpe district in the Alpe d'Huez resort. It offers direct access to the Petite Sure ski lift located just above the apartment allowing you to leave and return on skis! Shops (bakery, sherpa, restaurants, butcher/delicatessen/caterer, ski rental, newsagent) are accessible within a 5-minute walk.
The apartment is designed for 2 couples or a family of up to 5 people.
The apartment has 2 independent bedrooms each closing with a sliding door:
⁃ a master bedroom with a double bed of 140x200cm.
⁃ a 2nd bedroom with a double bed 140x200cm and a single bed on the mezzanine.
Each bed is equipped with pillows and a 220x240 / 140x200 duvet for the single bed.
Each bedroom has storage for your clothes and personal belongings.
The apartment also has a living room consisting of a living room with TV, WIFI and an open kitchen, a shower room and separate toilet.
The kitchen is fully equipped with small and large new appliances:
⁃ Kettle
⁃ Toaster
⁃ Nespresso coffee machine
⁃ Induction hob
⁃ Dishwashing machine
⁃ Oven
⁃ Microwave
⁃ Raclette set, fondue set.
Shower room with washing machine and separate toilet
The apartment is located in the residence Le Paradis A. A private parking lot reserved for residents.
A ski room and a boot locker located on the same landing as the apartment allow you to store boots and skis.
The cleaning package is mandatory.
If necessary, the household linen (sheets, towels, dish towels) is to be rented via a link that I will give you (25/30€ per person) and left in front of the door on the day of your arrival.
