About this apartment rental
You will love it here! New owners have done many updates! The kitchen has new granite countertops, travertine backsplash and oak cabinets. There is also a new refrigerator and dishwasher. This corner unit has a wrap around balcony with beautiful views of the gulf. New living area furnishings include a lime green/aqua sofa bed, aqua recliners, marine motif rocker, reclaimed accent pieces and a flat screen television. There is also a dvd/vcr player. The dining area features a glass topped table with a dolphin base that seats six. The counter bar in kitchen seats four. The oversized master bedroom has a private balcony overlooking Orange Beach, a king sized wicker bed with iron insets and aqua and khaki bedding. New granite countertops and cabinets and a shower/tub combination are in both bathrooms. One guest bedroom has a queen bed and the other has two fulls with brightly colored sea life bedding. Each bedroom has its own 39" television. All bedrooms have new khaki colored carpet.
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.

Wonderful views, great space, will definitely be coming back to this property. Management was awesome, even though we got in quite early we were still able to use all of the amenities including the beach while waiting on the room to be ready!

The property was a little older than we expected, but it met our needs. It was clean & tidy. The property was right on the beach which was a necessity for us. We enjoyed our visit to Orange Beach.
