The Haven - Surf Side
The house features a large, open plan kitchen, dining and living space with a fully equipped kitchen, large corner sofa and flat screen TV. You will also be wowed by the double aspect gas log fireplace that can be viewed from both the living area and the adjacent billiard room which features a full sized pool table and games table. Away from this area, there is also a second living area with a table tennis table and bar, as well as a rumpus room with TV.
The spacious main bedroom is located at the back of the property and comes with its own ensuite with a double shower and a toilet. There are a further three bedrooms at the front of the property as well as the potential to sleep additional guests with a tri-bunk in the rumpus room. The main bathroom is also located at the front of the property and has a toilet and separate shower. The property also had a powder room with an additional toilet.
Outside, there is an undercover seating area with BBQ. The backyard is also fully fenced for the peace of mind of any parents with small children.
There is also a double garage at the property so your surfboards, jet skis and personal items can be stored securely.
At an hour and 45 minutes from central Melbourne, Inverloch is the perfect location for those wishing to escape the hustle and bustle of city living. With a stunning surf beach as well as a more child-friendly inlet beach it caters to everyone from experienced surfers to toddlers experiencing the beach for the first time. This house provided an excellent opportunity for our family (parents, two adult kids plus partners) to spend time together and have fun playing pool, table tennis and games. The spaciousness of the property allowed us all to have space when needed but enjoy communal time when all together. The proximity to the surf beach was great, a decent walk into town for those who enjoyed a bit of exercise. Overall cleanliness was ok but unfortunately there was a stain/mark on one of the doona covers and even though we had our own linen it was a little off-putting. The lack of wi-fi did not affect us, just be aware that it is not available.

The bathrooms need floor mats as wet areas and tiles are slippery. We didn't mind to bring our linen and towels, but we are not going to bring floor mats, the property owner need to looking into this matter as for their own safty shen guests staying at their place, especially kids are there. Thank you.

Pool and table tennis tables were a winner and nice backyard. Needs some work though - for example there were neither towel racks nor any drawers in the master bedroom/bathroom. Barbecue, carpets, couch and windows all needed a good clean. Good location with 5 minute walk to surf beach.
