In Versailles, in a very quiet area, 5 minutes from all amenities, 10 minutes on foot from the Castle
To rent for medium or long stay. (1 month minimum)
25 m2 studio, entirely renovated, in a small joint building, 1900 building.

Excellent option for a student. I was a student at ISIPCA for two weeks. Paul, the owner, is always available physically or by WhatsApp to help. Everything is available within a few minutes walk - public transportation to Paris, groceries, restaurants, pharmacies etc. Please be aware this is a studio/efficiency. The shower and kitchen are tiny according to US standards.Also be aware that this apartment has no air-conditioning or ceiling fans. Normally, this is not a problem. But the weeks I was there, France was facing a heat wave. I had to use the pedestal fan every night. Overall, I recommend this place. It was less expensive than other options I had checked.

We stayed for a few weeks and it was perfect. The owners are very nice and accommodating. Right near the market and pubic transportation is super easy. Beautiful area to walk around as well. Highly recommend.

Mr Brt1's apartment is super clean and comfortable, with everything you can ever use in your daily life, you are also assured with sound sleeps in the quiet nights. Perfect location, you can find the famous chateau,parks with refreshing air, and charming exotic markets within short walk. the owner mr.Brt1 is a very charming, kind and knowledgeable french man, we all missed him even before we left! definitely recommend!!

Je vous recommande tout particulièrement cet hébergement aux finitions très très soignées et de qualité. Propreté, esthétique de l'ameublement, éclairage doux, parquet miel, chauffage performant, en font un lieu de cocooning, calme et lumineux. Un coup de coeur en plein centre de Versailles, un accueil et des conseils au top par un propriétaire avenant et prévenant !

La description sur ce studio est exacte, il ne manque absolument RIEN J'ai passé un agréable séjour dans ce studio trés bien situé dans Versailles, tout est à côté. Le studio est tout neuf et il ne manque rien pour cuisiner, et si par hasard vous avez un problème, le propriétaire se fera un immense plaisir de vous aider. Pour se déplacer, tous les transports sont à proximités et le studio se situe à côté du chateau de Versailles. Si vous avez un véhicule, vous trouverez toujours une place pour vous garer. J'ai apprécie le marché Place Notre-Dame, les promenades dans les rues et les nombreux magasins et bien sur la visite du chateau. Je recommande ce studio sans souci. Le propriétaire est vraiment agréable.

Ce studio possède toutes les qualités pour séduire : l'emplacement (à 5 minutes à pied de la gare Rive Droite et un arrêt de bus à 2 minutes), la surface très bien optimisée, sans oublier la décoration moderne et contemporaine. Le prix est à défier toute concurrence dans les mêmes prestations, qui sont nombreuses mais peu satisfaisantes sur la ville de Versailles... Le propriétaire est très à l'écoute et disponible en cas de besoin. Ce produit m'a conquise au point d'avoir déjà planifié un nouveau séjour très prochainement. A recommander vivement !
