All One Level: Living Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa and Balcony Access, Kitchen, Dining, King Bedroom with Walk-In Shower and Soaking Tub + Balcony Access, Queen Bedroom with Tub/Shower Combo and Balcony Access, Bedroom with Two Twin Beds and Shared Walk-In Shower, Laundry.

*Three complimentary parking passes are provided. Additional passes may be purchased for $15.00 each. Monthly winter guests must purchase a parking decal for $25.00 once the complimentary parking pass expires after 15 days.

*Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the onsite community pool for Ariel Dunes II is seasonally heated. The Seascape Tennis Village community pool is typically heated November - March 1st, while the Seascape Boardwalk community pool is typically heated October - April.

*Parking at Ariel Dunes I and II will be affected by a scheduled seal-coating and re-striping project beginning January 5, 2026, continuing into February, weather permitting. Guests may experience temporary parking adjustments, see contractors on-site, and should follow posted signage and instructions throughout the project.

Overall the place was great. Very roomy with all the necessities! The listing was accurate and rooms were welcoming. The only reason I could not give 5 stars was the twins beds were really in need of replacements. We rented this place for a group of friends and chose to give them the bigger rooms so they would be comfortable. However both my husband and myself truly had the worst sleep for the week then we can ever remember. The beds are so terribly sunken that neither of us could get comfortable no matter how hard we tried. We actually almost left early because we weren’t sure we could stay another night but toughed it out. Twin room bathroom lock on the the hallway entrance would not lock and you would get walked in on and the light outside the twin bedroom didn’t help the sleep (we may not have noticed that if we weren’t already having trouble sleeping though). Truly everything else was great and if we knew the beds were fixed we would choose again!

The pictures did not do it justice! The view from the room was amazing! The condo was super clean and the beds were comfortable. The walk to the beach wasnt bad, but i do wish we had brought a wagon to lug all of our stuff down there with. The only negative things i can think of was that we only had one roll of toilet paper for the whole week and I wish they had left some salt and pepper since I forgot that. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this condo.

Beautiful accommodations, excellent views, close to everything

Great clean condo with a great view. Just a Short walk to the beach. Two big pools gave the kids a place to play that wasn’t too crowded. Since Covid doesn’t seem to be going anywhere here are some notes on that. Beaches were crowded but it wasn’t hard staying distant. Elevators have a max of 4 people at a time. People were obeying that for the most part. There’s a restaurant on site and another two or three really close that made ordering out easy If you’re trying to avoid crowds. We’d stay again.
