***10/10 (Rob T. July) Check in was easy. Access to beach and local shopping within minutes of condo. Even though you are in a large building, it was quiet and we didn't hear other vacationers. We felt safe and the area was secure."
Two balconies and views of both the ocean and lake - vacation truly starts here. The view from the main balcony is truly not to be missed. The private washer/dryer will take care of everyone's swimsuits. Each bedroom features an en suite bathroom or a private entrance to a bathroom. Guests of the main bedroom will enjoy a deluxe bathroom with double sinks, a standalone shower, and a soaking tub. Gather to cook meals in the fully equipped kitchen and enjoy them together in the complete dining area. Of course, there's always time to enjoy a beverage on the balcony.
Guests can enjoy access to a shared outdoor pool, sauna, fitness room, and tennis court during their stay.
Guests can indulge in the resorts amenities. This will include an indoor pool (heated during the winter months), outdoor pool, two hot tubs, gulf facing fitness center and more! Plenty of options for relaxation and recreation. Looking for a great place close by to grab cocktails before heading to the beach, stop on by to the Whales Tale. Centrally located you are just minutes away to various attractions such as the Seascape town center which includes an immaculate 18- hole golf course, The Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet mall, Grand Boulevard, Water Sport rentals and more!

Check in was super easy. Access to beach and local shopping within minutes of condo. Even though you are in a large building, it was quite and a we didn’t hear other vacationers. We felt safe and the area was secure.

This property is in a great location and the building has wonderful amenities. But the condo itself is in need of some upgrades. Between the old carpet, the worn out furniture, and the ancient appliances, it looks like this place was nice in the 90’s. The customer service team was excellent. They were very responsive and helpful. You can’t beat the location and the staff but the condo left a lot to be desired.
