Ideal for families and groups seeking comfort and convenience by the sea! This modern and stylish retreat features four bedrooms on the lower level and a bright loft on the upper level, complete with a fold-out sofa bed, study nook, TV, and a balcony overlooking the backyard. Open the doors to invite in the fresh sea breeze while you relax with a book, or cup of tea.
The house offers a spacious and well-appointed open plan living and dining area on the lower level, filled with natural light. Comfortable lounge seating, a flat-screen TV, and a reverse cycle air conditioner ensure comfort whether it's during warm summer months or cooler seaside winters. The living area seamlessly flows onto a large outdoor paved entertaining area and a grassed rear yard, perfect for relaxation and entertaining while children play.
The generous kitchen is equipped with quality appliances including a microwave, and the cupboards are fully stocked with crockery, cutlery, and kitchen utensils. The laundry features a modern washer and dryer for added convenience. Additional features include Wi-Fi and a double garage, ideal for parking vehicles, watercraft or storing beach gear like surfboards and toys after a day at the beach.

We've stayed in many rented properties as a group and we all believed this was one of the best we have stayed in. It may not be as luxurious as some, but it genuinely worked as a shared house - the two 'wings' creating space and privacy, but also general layout meant there was a feeling of open, liveable space (lounge area, dining area, large outdoor area). Beds were incredibly comfortable and all the rooms were of a decent size.

Great location and set up with the four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Unfortunately the house wasn't as clean as it could have been, oven and most utensils had to be clean before being used, outside bin already overflowing before our arrival, had to buy toilet paper and nil basic condiments supplied.
