About this villa rental
In the heart of Provence, our villa closed by an electric gate, will seduce you with its wooded land (4000m2) which flows into the pond of Olivier. Our canoes or stand-up paddle are available for outings or for fishing enthusiasts (zander, carp ...).
Our swimming pool of 10.5 x 4.20 and 1.50m deep, with electric security shutters, salt electrolysis and balneotherapy, will allow you to relax throughout the day. If you prefer a nap, hammocks await you in the shade of large trees.
Children can enjoy the large garden (badminton, ball, table tennis, table football, ...).
You will enjoy an aperitif in the shade of century-old fig trees or in the living room of our exotic wooden terrace.
For your outdoor meals, at the water's edge, around the swimming pool, barbecue and plancha are at your disposal.
You will enjoy a large bright living room with American kitchen of 85 m2 open on a magnificent open view on the pond of Olivier.
You can enjoy a good book in our library corner.
Three large bedrooms (140 cm bed) will welcome you, including a master suite (160 cm bed) overlooking the pond, with bathroom (Italian shower) and separate WC.
The other two bedrooms have access to a large bathroom with spa bath (view of the pond) and Italian shower and separate WC. The last bedroom (office) with a bed (bz) in 160.
Large wardrobes are reserved for you in the entrance hall, as well as 2 dressing rooms near the bedrooms.
We have a cleaning lady scheduled twice a week (Tuesday and Friday morning) for sanitary, floor cleaning, ...
The lawn mowing is carried out by a robotic mower (without noise), a gardener goes once a week to check the cleanliness of the pool and the water level and performs a cleaning of the ground (without noise).
We offer you a stay in a residential area, in the countryside, two minutes from the city center by car or on foot by a magnificent path bordering the pond of the olive tree. In summer you can admire a fireworks display (starry Thursdays) from the pontoon at the end of the garden, which is reflected on the pond.
For the bravest, V. T.T. are at your disposal for a walk around the pond (8 kms). You can also get bread, croissants, ... 5 ’by bike.
The town of Istres is surrounded by seven ponds, the largest of which is the Etang de Berre and the Etang de l'Olivier, near the beaches, the Alpilles and the Camargue, this place invites you to stroll and to discover.
Do not miss Tuesday morning, the market all around the old center.

Nos hotes comme la maison etait extremement acceuillante.
Le contexte sanitaire actuel nous a fait cherché une maison dans laquelle nous pourrions passer du temps de qualité et cela c'est tres bien appliqué. La maison a tout le confort, en terme d'equipement et d'espace. Pour les environs, les hotes nous ont donné de bons conseils, notemment en terme de restauration, ce qui nous a permi de vivre de jolies experiences culinaires. Bref, des vacances familiales à renouveller ! MErci encore.

Die Beschreibung dem Ferienhaus nicht gerecht - es ist noch viel besser. Wir haben unsere Zeit dort sehr genossen.
Unsere 2 Kinder konnten auf dem riesigen Grundstück ungestört herumtollen.
Die technische Einrichtung, ob Küche, Jalousien, Wifi, etc. - ist auf dem neuesten Stand.
Die Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich und bemühen sich jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen.
Istres als Ausgangspunkt für diverse Aktivitäten ist sehr geeignet.
Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

Wir haben mit 3 Kindern einen sehr erholsamen und erlebnisreichen Urlaub verbracht. Sehr freundlicher Empfang und Einweisung / leider nur auf französisch, was aber trotzdem klappte. Sauberes und sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus mit allen Annehmlichkeiten und reichlich Komfort. Super Pool und wunderschön gelegen am See, der mit Paddelboot super nutzbar war. Fahrrad vor Ort zum morgendlichen Baguette-holen. Gratis Feuerwerk immer Donnerstags was sehr beeindruckend vom eigenen Steg am See zu beobachten war. Das Mittelmeer in 25min zu erreichen (Plage de Napoleon). Das Haus wurde 2x pro Woche von der freundlichen Haushälterin sehr dezent gereinigt (was nicht zwingend notwendig wäre, aber sehr zuvorkommend) Insgesamt ein Platz für einen sehr erholsamen und erlebnisreichen Urlaub! Sehr empfehlenswert!!!
