About this apartment rental
The penthouse is linear and has more than 550 m2 occupying the entire floor. Features:
1. Served by a social elevator and a service elevator.
2. It has 5 bathrooms, 2 suites and 2 bedrooms. One of the bedrooms (used as an office) will be kept closed and out of the scope of the rental. In total, there is 1 king-size bed in master bedroom, 1 sofa bed in small office area within master bedroom, and 2 queen-size beds (one in suite and the other in the available bedroom).
3. There is a pool on the front porch. It is quite large and offers a great view of the Corcovado. The square where the trains leave for Corcovado is less than 200 meters away.
There is a balcony in the back, overlooking Santa Teresa (for the second building of this condo). Side corridors connect the balconies.
4. The kitchen connects to an internal area of service and this to an outside area also of services.
5. There is a dining room, next to a living room and also a TV room where there is a guest toilet. SmartTV with internet access available.
6. The bathroom of the master suite is hidden by the closets. In it there is a whirlpool. The other suite has a good size bathtub in the bathroom.
7. The secondary suite opens onto the back porch. The rooms open onto the large, external corridor that interconnects the balconies. All with wide view of Santa Teresa, the rooms to the bay of Guanabara.
8. Associated with the master suite there is a writing desk (sliding door separates them) and this one has two large sliding windows, giving the outer porch the largest - here there is a sofa bed.
9. WIFI in the whole house, being more powerful in the front part but quite reasonable in the other areas. A phone line from Oi (I do not know how it can be rented).
10. Three large parking spaces.
11. The condominium still has a swimming pool, sauna, gym, block pluriesporte and a barbecue area (the latter rentable).
12. Gated community, security 24h / 7days per week.
13 Penthouse will only be rented with the full-time services of a housekeepers. They will provide cleaning services, housekeeping, laundry and meals, including breakfast. Groceries are not included.
14. In bathrooms will be provided, soaps, shampoo and conditioner.
