About this house rental
This updated, well appointed home is located on the Seadrift lagoon and has beautiful Mt. Tam views, and is just a short walk to the beach. Three bedrooms, two and 1/2 baths, with a living room, dining room and a gorgeous, well appointed kitchen. BBQ and relax in the warm inner courtyard or unwind on the waterside decking off the living areas. Some water toys available at the house. Others can be rented locally. Dogs Allowed. Renters bringing pets: additional pet fee for each pet: $25/night capping out at $150 per week for longer stays, $50 extra cleaning fee. Bed Configuration: 1 King, 2 queens
NOTE: During the warmer months of the year the ocean water in the inner lagoon can cause an algae bloom in the lagoon near the house.
All 7-day rentals must be Friday to Friday.
All on line bookings are subject to owner approval and premium rates are charged for MLK and Presidents Day.
Minimum booking is usually 7 days but this owner is open to considering shorter stays in the Winter months.

This house never disappoints. This was the third time we have rented it and it was perfect. We cooked in most meals and it is well stocked with pot, pans, and other kitchen needs. We had teenage boys who paddle boarded, played pickle ball and spent the first afternoon playing beach volleyball. We would definitely rent this house again.

The location of the home is lovely. The house is strangely laid out. It is quirky. Sinks don't align with mirror and lights. There a plethora of switches which are a challenge to figure out. The grille is great as are access to kayaks and oars. There is a LOT of construction noise from three homes throughout the week. Regardless, I find Highway One Properties and excellent rental company to work with. They are most helpful.
