About this apartment rental
Cozy apartment, completely renovated in 2011 in a modern and cheerful style (new furniture and equipment). South facing with direct views of the slopes and mountains.
This apartment of 25 m2 has the rare feature of having a separate bedroom with a window facing south also.
The apartment also has a separate toilet (rare also) and a bathroom with bathtub and electric towel dryer and hair dryer.
The kitchen is fully equipped to nine (plate, microwave oven, dishwasher, ...) with the necessary for 4 people maximum.
The dining area is presented in the form of a counter table with stools for 4 guests.
The living room is equipped with a sofa bed offering 2 beds (2 x 80 cm separate or to be coupled) comfortable.
The room is equipped with a new double bed 140 cm and has closet with plenty of storage space.
The apartment also has a balcony (3 x 1,5m) allowing you to sunbathe while admiring the unobstructed view of the mountains.
The ski closet is located on the ground floor and is directly in front of the door to access a track in front of the residence for a start and finish 'ski in ski out'
This apartment is located in a charming residence on a human scale ideally located in the heart of the resort in the chic and cozy area (near the Mediterranean Club, the Oxalys, ...). It is located on a runway allowing direct access from the ski closet (exit door in front of the closet) to the track for a start but also very important for the return (downhill it's easier) after a day of skiing). The apartment is fully equipped for the conforet of its occupants
All household products, vacuum cleaners, brooms, serpièlles are made available.

Excellent communication and information. Well set up - great location. Nicely laid out. Great for 2 people with separate bedroom, and toilet separate from bathroom, and eat in kitchen with lounge and balcony. We used the bread service to have breakfast delivered each day from bakery. May not be great if you have noisy neighbours as walls are thin but everyone respects the noise curfew (10pm) and wasn’t an issue for us. Great view of slopes and easy ski in and out. Ski locker right at exit door.

We loved everything about this property! The accommodation was clean, modern and had everything we needed! We wanted a separate bedroom and the bedroom was large and had lots of wardrobe space!
The living room area was also a lot bigger than the photos looked, and the kitchenette had everything we needed.
The view from the balcony is great and the balcony is spacious.
Check in was easy (you need to go to the little key collection area next to the front of the building).
We were concerned about previous reviews saying it was noisy at night but we didn’t have any issues with this at all, guess it depends who else is there at the time!
We couldn’t get the boot heater to work with hot air but that might have just been us! The bathroom was big and has a bath too.
You did need to bring your own towels and bedsheets which we are glad we messaged to ask before we went.
We loved this stay, thank you and we will definitely return if coming back to VT.

The property was in perfect condition. Heating and hot water was awesome. Everything was kindly arranged.
The only problem which is very common in Val Thorens is noisy neighbours. Most of the nights it was impossible to sleep until 2-3 am but it is not the owners fault apperantely.
