Villa renovated in a contemporary style located 2 minutes from the city center on foot in a quiet area. This will allow you to do your shopping in the village on foot.
The beaches of Hyères (L Almanarre the Senses ...), Lavandou (Brégançon L'Estagnol ...) Toulon (Mourillon, The Mitre ...), the Pradet (The Oursinières, The Bonettes, The Pin Galle ...) and The Golden Isles (Porquerolles, Port-Cros ...) are quick and easy to access (you avoid the coastal road crowded in summer).
Villa on 2 levels of 115 m2:
1 living room (corner sofa with chaise and convertible) 1 kitchen with all the necessary equipment (LIEBHERR fridge, SMEG gas stove, NESPRESSO coffee maker, MR Kitchen robot .....), washing machine, dishwasher , 1 WC.
