The apartment is clean and spacious, and the beds and pillows are very comfortable. We loved the small balcony and ate breakfast there every morning, where we had a view of the sea at the end of the street. The apartment has many windows and gets tons of natural light, with great automatic blackout shades when you need them. The location is phenomenal. You are right in the midst of the pedestrian zone, 2 blocks from the Promenade (beach) and a 10 minute walk to Old Town. There are many restaurants, boulangeries and shops within steps of the apartment. Unfortunately the location in a sense was a little too good: Because it is so lively, there was a lot of street noise very late into the evening and really throughout the night. I slept in the room with the queen bed, which was not quite so noisy, and did fine with earplugs. But my companion was kept awake throughout the night in the twin bed room. If not for that, we would 100% stay there again. Lastly, we were met for check in promptly, but the very nice woman who checked us in could not really answer any questions about the unit. Valou was available by WhatsApp, but it would have been nice to have someone familiar with the apartment show us around and explain how everything worked, what was expected prior to departure etc. All questions were eventually answered via WhatsApp. We love Nice!

We had a lovely stay in Nice. Host was super welcoming. The apartment was super clean and had everything we needed. The location was so convenient. Close to the beach, walking distance to Old Town and the Nice-Ville train station if you're looking to take day trips to Monaco, Eze or Cannes. Don't hesitate, just book!
