About this bed and breakfast

Thanks for looking at our Mid-Century Modern, light-filled guesthouse nestled in a quiet neighborhood in downtown Albuquerque. The casita offers easy access to downtown restaurants, cafes, and nightlife and only a few blocks from the zoo, green spaces, and the Rio Grande river trail. Albuquerque's Old Town and its beautiful museums are within a short distance by bicycle or car. When you're not out exploring, relax in the secure and private courtyard. This rental is perfect for couples, retirees, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

"If all vacation rental properties were this lovely and well-appointed, hotels would go out of business.”

“This is a luxury space - art-filled, immaculately maintained.”

THE SPACE - This light-filled and cheerful casita has easy access to a private courtyard and reserved parking area, all on one level. Adjoining our home, this quiet and welcoming space is designed with your privacy in mind. Your private casita has a full kitchen and dining area that can double as a working space, a sitting area with Roku, cable television and a DVD player and a variety of DVDs, and a private courtyard with seating and water-feature. At the end of the day (or the beginning) enjoy a hot shower or a long luxurious soak in the steeping tub. Turn in at night in the expansive, medium-firm king-sized bed. This property has a very energy-efficient HERS rating of 50. The whisper-quiet split unit ensures you’ll be comfy on the chilliest of nights while staying cool in the summer.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD - The best of Albuquerque is right outside the door. This mixed-use neighborhood includes single-family homes, apartment buildings, bakeries, cafes, pubs and restaurants, parks, and nightlife on historic Route 66/Central Avenue. We love being able to bike or walk to the Bosque River Trail - a Cottonwood forest flanking the Rio Grande River. Within a few blocks: Many parks, river nature trail, Albuquerque Zoo, The Rail Yards market (seasonal), downtown Albuquerque, Route 66 shops, abundant restaurants and coffee shops, Silver Street Market, and the downtown Grower's Market (Saturday's mid-April – October).

Old Town, Tiguex Park, and museums are a short drive or bike ride away.

GETTING AROUND - The Rail Runner train and Greyhound bus station are seven blocks away. Local buses run regularly. Convenient bike rentals are available throughout the city. Lyft and Uber are also options.
