Yellow Rose Cottage is a 1BR/1BA stand-alone home located on a quiet 100+ acre ranch between Wimberley and New Braunfels. Designed for comfort and privacy, the cottage provides a practical, well-equipped base for exploring Wimberley, Canyon Lake, local wineries, and nearby outdoor areas.
The interior includes a KING bed with luxury cotton sheets, down comforter, and down pillows, a living room with a wood-burning fireplace, dining area, and a full kitchen with a refrigerator with ice maker, oven, range, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, and dinnerware. The bathroom features a jacuzzi tub and is stocked with quality towels and essentials.
Guests have access to a covered porch, outdoor seating, and a firepit (subject to burn restrictions). The ranch offers miles of marked hiking trails, and a trail map is provided for guest use. The property also keeps several horses on-site, and horseback riding is available with advance booking when conditions permit.
The cottage is positioned to provide quiet surroundings, open views, and opportunities for wildlife observation and stargazing. Its location allows easy access to Canyon Lake recreation areas, Wimberley dining and shopping, the Guadalupe River, regional parks, and scenic Hill Country drives.

Everything was top notch! The cottage was beautiful! Clean as a pin! Enjoyed drinking my morning coffee on the front porch watching the deer that came out! Had a glass of wine at the fire pit at sundown. Also, the cottage was very centrally located, we made it out to Wimberley, Greune and San Marcus.

This was probably one of the cleanest place we have stayed at in a while. Everything was was in place, smell was great, and exactly as pictured. If you’re going to the lake, you are literally only 5-10 minutes away and shopping is not far as well as grocery store. Our only complaint was the Wi-Fi was not great, but we never asked anyone about it to see if there was a problem. We would highly recommend this place as a great place to recharge your batteries and relax.
