Comfort, space and privacy assured!

Anne-Marie met us at the house and showed us round. All the beds were made up (extra charge) plus she provided bread, cheese and cider for our lunch! So kind! It soon became evident that the photos in VRBO are out of date. There is an extension to the ground floor bedroom with a walk-in shower, loo, his and hers basins and wardrobe and drawer space, which I enjoyed greatly! Also there's a second fridge and a 4 drawer freezer in an outhouse, which was very useful as our daughter and family stayed too. Paying extra for towels was great as there were plenty including flannels, swimming towels and tea towels and oven gloves and a child's robe. When we couldn't find scissors or the baby stair gate, Anne-Marie came round with these bought specially for us! So we felt relaxed and very welcome. All the bedrooms are lovely and the top floor is versatile as it has twin beds plus a bed settee and occasional table and chairs. The shower has been replaced with a drench/rain shower with jets.The wi-fi is excellent. Outside the large lawned garden is fenced/walled and not overlooked. There was a large table on the patio and a choice of chairs, plus loungers for the lawn. The new gas barbecue is very good. You can hear traffic at times, especially upstairs with the windows open but the double glazing is very sound proof and there is a high wall at the front by the road. The sandy beach is 2 minutes walk away, and there is miles of it! La Boulangerie sells gorgeous light baguettes and pastries that I can actually eat whereas in England I am allergic to the wheat flour. My family came from Germany and enjoyed it so much that we have already booked again for next year, despite the long journey!

This is a wonderful house. Brilliantly equipped, lovely airy interior and great outside space. Just a two minute walk to a fab beach - we had a perfect family holiday. Ann-Marie was a very welcoming and helpful hostess. The ground floor has a kitchen with a table, an open plan area with sofa and chairs and a big dining table. Their is also a double bedroom and a separate WC. The first floor has a king size double, two twin rooms and a family bathroom (with a bath and separate shower cubicle). The top floor has a twin room with seating area (with sofa bed) and a shower room. Outside is an orangery with a large table, a large lawn, a little indoor BBQ room and lots of garden furniture. The village is a ten minute walk with a bakery, a little general store, a butchers, a hotel that we had a few nice meals at (child friendly). There is also a biscuit shop/tea room and a WWII museum. Highly recommended - it was perfect for our two families.

Maison spacieuse, décoration raffinée, agréable à vivre. Dîner dans la serre a été très sympathique. De plus, la plage se trouve à quelle mètres de la maison ce qui est un plus très appréciable. La propriétaire est charmante et accueillante. Endroit idéal pour faire de grandes ballades, randonnées, visites... Je recommande cette location.

Les commentaires sur la désignation et la situation de la location étaient très précis. La location était parfaitement propre et bien entretenue. Tous les appareils étaient fonctionnels et l'espace offert était tés vaste. Nous recommandons vivement ce lieu à nos amis. Les restaurants (Le Fuchsia, Le Moulin de la Houle, la Mère Poulard) nous ont bien plu; nous avons visité tous les musées à Omaha Beach, à Utah Beach, Avranches et les sites du débarquement (Cimetierre de Cosville_Sur-Mer) biscuiteries diverses, crêperies, marchés, parc animalier, biscuiteries (Sotorsville-En-Beaumont) etc....Tout se trouve à proximité; donc notre séjour était parfait;

La description de la location et de sa situation était très précise; les lieux étaient parfaitement propres et bien entretenus. Nous la recommanderions à nos amis, sans la moindre hésitation. Nous sommes allés dans plusieurs restaurants (Les Fuchsia, le Restaurant de la Houle, ainsi que dans diverses crêperies et la Mère Poulard ) et nous avons fait tous les musées à Omaha Beach, Utha Beach, Avranches etc... avec grand plaisir. Par ailleurs nous avons également visité des biscuiteries "La Maison du Biscuit à Sortosville en Beaumont etc....

La villa est spacieuse, les pièces sont lumineuses et décorées avec raffinement. Vous y trouvez tout le confort matériel espéré voire au-delà ! La proximité de la mer, du golf, des tennis et des petits commerces sont des atouts inégalables. Utilisateurs de la location depuis une dizaine d'années, en hiver, nous avons enfin réussi à en profiter cet été. Petits et grands ont bénéficié au maximum de toutes les installations extérieures (terrasse, jardin, barbecue, salon, pelouse, le tout parfaitement entretenu et sécurisé). Tout cela à 50 m de la plage et très proche des petits commerces locaux. Que demander de plus ?

a peine arrives dans cette amison qu'on se croyait comme chez nous avec une deco formidable et tout ce qu'il fallait pour deguster poissons et fruits de mer. jardin tres agreable entre famille et amis on a envie tout de suite de cuisiner et faire des viandes grillees couples et enfants chacun dans leur suite avec salle de bain superbe
