250 m from the beach and the port, is our semi-detached holiday rental house, in a small residence where calm is assured. Large enclosed land (common to the property) where children can play in peace. Playground near by. Walking and cycling trips are possible from the house. At 700 m, a daily market in the town is available on Place de l'Abbatiale, shops: bakery, pastry shop, newsagent, fishmonger, butcher, various restaurants (crêperie, pizzeria ...), mini-market with the possibility of home delivery , various library services, bicycle rental.
Description of the house. Ground floor: Cuis corner. fitted, induction hob, dishwasher, pyrolysis oven. Living room: 3 seater sofa. Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (160 cm). Mezzanine: 1 bed (120 cm sofa), shower room - bedroom in the attic (access by miller's ladder): 2 beds (90 cm). Outside: Terrace, private garden and garage.

Très belle location avec tout le nécessaire et très bien tenue. Très bien située, proche de la mer et beaucoup de balades superbes. Les propriétaires sont charmants et disponibles, le contact a été parfait. Je recommande cet endroit sans restrictions. Si l’occasion se présente nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la localisation de la résidence à proximité de la mer dans un des plus beaux secteur de la Presqu'île de Rhuiz. Le logement est très confortable et très bien équipée. Le petit jardin s'ouvre sur le grand espace vert de la résidence

notre semaine à st. gildas dans la maison de mme le breton était superbien! mme le breton est très gentille et la communication par sms était super facile. la maison est petit et confortable, la mèr est super proche et le centre du bourg est seulememt un petit tour à vélo! j'éspère de revenir bientôt!

Bien situé, calme, lit confortable, sanitaire parfait. Toutefois veuillez pour les personnes qui font un petit peu de cuisine et qui boivent du thé qui est la base , comme une théière, bouilloire, saladier, couverts à salade, beurrier, un bon couteau de cuisine. Le wifi serait le bienvenu !

Logement très bien pensé et très propre !! A disposition salon de jardin et chaises longues .....à 200 mètres de la plage et du charmant petit port aux Moines . Petit marché tous les jours à 700m à pieds ( Grand marché le dimanche) Excellente boulangerie /pâtisserie !! Le plus : le chemin côtier et les innombrables randonnées sur les pointes , avec vue sur le Golfe du Morbihan : on trouve facilement les parcours sur Visorando ! Pour ne rien gâcher : propriétaire charmante qui reste à votre écoute si besoin est ! Je recommande cette location .
