Terraced house in very good condition and furnished with taste.
Ideal for holidays near the ocean.
It is located close to a beach ideal for children.
Ground floor:
living room with open kitchen.
Oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster ......

1 bedroom with a 140 bed and dresser,
WC with washbasin,
storeroom with washing machine, dryer and 2nd refrigerator-freezer.
1st floor: 1 bedroom with a bed of 160, a cot and a desk
a room with 2 beds of 90 + 2 bunk beds with a desk,
a bathroom with bathtub,
Large cupboards at the top and bottom
The house is given for 6 people as there is only one bathroom.
Shower and washing feet outside for the return of the beach
Terrace with garden furniture and barbecue.
Closed garden.
Very good soundproofing between houses
Linen not provided but it is possible to rent sheets in a laundry in sarzeau 3.5km from the house.
Electric heating. Possible rental between September 29 and June 1, 2019 but electricity costs will be borne by the tenant.
