The casita is a small house (40 m2) for 2 people fitted out as a studio with bathroom, kitchen, small living room and giant bed (2 m -1m90).

On its roof, a private terrace facing south with a veranda, will allow you to take your meals, sunbath and take a nap.
Access to the swimming pool is at your disposal at will. It is a swimming pool of 4 m in diameter above ground, ideal to cool off during the great heat of Mallorca. Deckchairs in the shade or in the sun welcome you to relax with the birdsong. The owners are sometimes present but you will not share the property with other families.
Our property is located 2 km from Manacor, a pretty little town with all facilities. Bicycles are at your disposal to get to Manacor by the cycle track, La Via Verde, pretty promenade.
The Nadal tennis center, nearby, offers a multitude of sports and swimming pools, + a spa.
Only 15 km from the most beautiful beaches on the east and north coast of the island; in 15 minutes, you can swim and enjoy the pleasures of the sea ...

El sitio es ideal para recargar en energía, porque está rodeado de verde, tiene unas bonitas vistas y es tranquilo. La terraza superior es ideal para practicar yoga o otros ejercicios por la mañana y da lugar a poder disfrutar del relax de la tarde al reparo del sol o de noche más frescito para mirar las estrellas ... Aunque los propietarios viven al lado, son muy simpáticos. Hay una piscina para darse un chapuzón al de los árboles y de las gallinas. Una estancia natural para dos o tres en familia.

Parents de la propriétaire très sympas dans la maison à côté, nous avons eu des problèmes avec l’eau chaude, un jour sans et je me suis douchée à l’eau froide le dernier matin, pas d’eau chaude au bout de 10 min, pas facile de trouvé de bons restos dans les environs
