Fantastic apartment of approximately 50 square meters, located in a residential area, very quiet just 400 meters from the beach and 200 meters from a supermarket. The town center is 5 minutes walk. The apartment has WIFI, satellite TV and a terrace with two sunbeds for sunbathing and a table. Private garden. In front of the apartment there is room to park cars without problem. Private garden through which you access the apartment that has a large living room with sofa and kitchenette. One bedroom with two single beds and a sink with shower and bathtub.

Très bon studio Moderne et équipé , était propre et manque rien à notre arrivé nous avions du jus d’orange ,eau et de fruits
Placé quartier tranquille Juste 5 minutes de la plage
Señor Luis Nous a très bien accueilli

Even in Corona times (july 2020) We were very happy to come to Can Picafort in the holiday house of Luís. A home away from home, very nice welcome by Luis. House decorated as photos on website. We would recommend this house to family and Friends 😃

Alles erstmal gut, wir hatten es sehr ruhig, bis auf ein bisschen Hundegebell. Der Vermieter sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Der Supermarkt der um 9:00 Uhr aufmacht war gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Strand war nur die Strasse runter und Lokale, wo man gut essen kann, gab es genug aber weit genug weg so das die Nachtruhe nicht gestört werden konnte. Wander Möglichkeiten gibt es ausgiebig, wenn man einen Mietwagen hat. Jetzt zur Unterkunft; Wohnung die geschmackvoll eingerichtet ist, wovon ich mich ein bisschen blenden ließ war nach meiner Meinung nach und für den Preis nicht sauber. Dreck unter dem Bett, Geschirr, Töpfe etc. als wären wir seit langen die ersten Mieter. Trotz allem, würde ich wieder kommen, es ist eben Mallorca und nicht der Westerwald.
