The residence features two primary bedrooms, each with a king bed and private ensuite bathroom—one with a shower/tub combo and the other a walk-in shower. The third bedroom includes a twin-over-full bunk bed with convenient access to a shared hallway bathroom. Additional conveniences include an in-unit washer and dryer and a private deck with a gas grill, offering everything needed for a comfortable and effortless mountain stay.
Guests will appreciate the convenience of true ski-in/ski-out access via the Haymeadow Skiway, with your stay ideally situated at the base of the Highlands Lift. From the skiway, you can easily ski down to Centennial for seamless access to the main base area. You’ll also be conveniently located next to the Beaver Creek tennis and pickleball courts, offering great options for year-round recreation. Amenities include a year-round heated outdoor pool, baby pool, and two hot tubs, perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes. You’ll also enjoy access to a boot room with lockers and boot heaters, as well as a locker room near the pool with showers for added comfort. Complimentary shuttle services are available throughout Beaver Creek for easy access to the resort and surrounding areas. Please note that this home does not have air conditioning.

Location is great for skiing Beaver Creek and proximity to ski school, with a boot and ski room just off the slope. Also has outdoor pool and hot tubs and one garage spot in the building which was convenient. Nice view of the mountain and a short walk to the village (well-maintained sidewalks in February). While common areas appeared to be updated, unit 304 is dated and needs maintenance, including a broken closet door, stained carpets, blinds that do not shut (not a problem until the trail outside the window is groomed in the middle of the night with very bright lights!), broken pans, items in closets, including so much stacked in the coat closet that it could not be used, etc. - all small things but in aggregate not what we expected for the amount that we paid.
