Additional features include custom lighting, a washer/dryer, covered parking for one vehicle and access to a private ski locker room.

After a day of adventure, conveniently store your gear in the private ski locker or bike storage room before unwinding at the expansive patio area, which features a large year-round pool, two hot tubs, lounge chairs, grills, and a sauna with a private changing area. Property Improvement Notice:

The Kiva will undergo a roofing project from August 17 through November 1. Guests may experience daytime construction noise, along with temporary impacts to building access and appearance as work progresses. Construction is scheduled Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM. No work will take place on Sundays.
