About this villa rental
Charming Provencal Villa like new in Auriol, 4 bedrooms, 8 people, 2 bathrooms, 10 x 4 swimming pool heated from April with volumetric alarm, Wifi and internet everywhere, Games (wii, table football, tennis, tennis table, badminton, rackets), all-inclusive rate (cleaning, supply of household linen, towels and bath towels), with view of Sainte Baume, quiet and not overlooked, wooded grounds of 1,500 m². You can leave the property for walks in the hills of Pagnol, or enjoy the beaches of Cassis (20 mins), the Calanques (20 mins), the village of Castelet (30 mins), Aix-en Provence (30 mins), from Marseille (25 mins). Very easy access by highway.
The villa was completely renovated at the end of 2016. All furniture and appliances are new. Large wood and stone terrace between the villa and the swimming pool. Access by electric gate, space allowing to park 5 vehicles.

All rooms have multiple sockets and there is WIFI throughout the house as well as on the outdoor terrace
Rental is from Saturday 3 p.m. to Saturday 11 a.m.
Refundable deposit: € 700 to be paid on the last reservation payment and returned no later than 7 days after the inventory
Reservation: deposit of 25% of the price of the stay to block the reservation and the balance 30 days before arrival
Cleaning and inventory are included in the rental
Linen, towels, bath sheets are included in the rental and provided on arrival
