Apartment ideally intended for a couple, the room is independent, thus allowing not to touch the stay, in order to make the most of their holidays.

Located on the 2nd floor of a small two-story building, with only 2 apartments per level. No one above

Basic apartment for 2 to 5 people, with 1 living room of 22 m2, equipped with a sofa bed of 140, 1 independent bedroom equipped with a 140 bed, and finally a reclosable mobile bed to make the 5th bed.
But optional option, to have a second separate bedroom, which allows to have 7 beds.
Option 2nd bedroom: 150 € / week, equipped with a 140cm bed.
Fully equipped fitted kitchen: dishwasher, oven, microwave, large combined fridge: fridge / freezer
Garage to store: bikes, windsurfers, strollers, trailer ... etc ...

Possibility of shopping in the village, 2 mins on foot:
mini-market, baker, bars, restaurants, tobacco, post office, doctors, pharmacy.
Possible access to the nearest beaches in 10 minutes on foot.
Possible departure from the Fondue Tower at 2 kms, for Porquerolles (20 minutes by boat)
Tuesday morning market, otherwise a Giant Casino 10 kms away
Small fishing port 10 mins walk (Port du Niel)
Very pleasant region to explore by bike, as there are numerous cycle paths.
Nearest Airport: Toulon / Hyères at 5 kms
SNCF train station nearby: Hyères at 6 kms
Nearest motorway: 10 kms
Golf nearby: La Garde, and Valcros La Londe des Maures 20 kms away.
