Located in a quiet area (dead end), 300 m from the sea, 500 from the city center and shops, close to beaches, hiking trails
hiking (gr34 300m) and bicycle tours. Also to go along the customs path which runs along the pink granite coast. Without forgetting the many beaches of Trégastel and its surroundings. . Enclosed garden, outdoor parking, garden furniture, deckchair and barbecue.

Pleumeur Bodou and its telecommunications center, its planetarium and the Gallic village.
