We rent a charming holiday home, located 100m from the sea. It is located less than 5min walk from shops (market, butcher, bakery, pharmacy, fishmonger, restaurants). Beaches and walks are also nearby.

Our house has a double bedroom (and one outside the house for the summer season), a shower room, a living room with sofa bed, a bike room and 'laundry. It also has a nice fenced garden with garden furniture and barbecue.

We have accessories for babies (bed, baby bed, baby chair)
We accept your pets.
A space reserved for you in front of the house to park your vehicles (around 3 cars).

Vous entrez dans la maison de vacances des propriétaires. Le propriétaire est arrangeant, rien à redire là-dessus car nous avons pu ajouter un jour de plus à notre réservation à quelques jours de l’arrivée. La maison est parfaitement située à quelques mètres de la mer avec jardin clôturé (idéal pour les animaux). Par contre je tiens à préciser une chose, la maison était dans un état de propreté lamentable à notre arrivée… des poils de chiens partout au rdc, du sable, de la terre, mauvais odeur…. Pas cool quand on vient de faire 8h00 de route de devoir nettoyer la maison.. J’ai posé la question au propriétaire pour savoir s’il y avait eu un locataire avant nous mais il ne m’a jamais répondu. En espérant pour vous que ce soit le fait du précédant locataire… mais je ne trouve pas ça très correct de ne pas avoir répondu au message, une simple excuse aurait pu changer la donne.

Belle petite maison avec tout l'équipement nécessaire, propre et bien agencée. Un petit jardin très agréable et la possibilité de rentrer la voiture. Le bord de mer est accessible à pieds. Rien à redire, nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Maison idéalement située pour l'accès aux commerces, plages, sentier des douaniers pour la marche à pied. Intérieur bien équipé et décoré. Extérieur également bien équipé, un peu bruyant du fait de la circulation routière.

Después de ser usuaria de alquileres de vacaciones durante más de 20 años, es la primera vez que voy a poner una valoración negativa. La vivienda en deja muchísimo que desear. La limpieza brilla por su ausencia. Encntraños uñas en el sofá h mechones de pelo por el suelo. La casa está llena de cacharros inservibles y sucios. Cuando llegamos, las camas estaban sin ropa de cama y no había toallas Esa información no aparece por ninguna parte en la publicidad de la casa. No hay paños de cocina. El cuarto de la lavadora es un trastero lleno de suciedad. No hay armarios en la habitación, sólo una estructura de tela llena de polvo. Los cochones son incómodos. El cajón de los cubiertos, entre otros, tiene suciedad acumulada. El agua caliente no llega para una ducha al día para cuatro personas. Nosotros no nos hemos sentido cómodos en la casa, creo que necesita una buena limpieza general y muchas reformas. Siento mucho poner esta valoración, nunca lo he hecho, pero desde luego el alojamiento no ha cumplido con nuestras expectativas.

Maison typique qui est très bien située par rapport au marché et aux commerces. Idem par rapport à la côte de granit rose. Jardin appréciable même si le parasol était hors d'usage. Pièce à vivre sympa avec beaucoup de belle vaisselle. Armoire en tissu dans la chambre à coucher trop juste (à changer). Matelas basique à changer (mal de dos). Absence du propriétaire ou gérant à l'arrivée (mais joignable téléphoniquement). Belle semaine passée en Bretagne!
