About this villa rental
Beautiful 140 m² villa and its 50 m² studio integrated into a pretty landscaped garden of 1800 m².
Villa without vis-à-vis, at the exit of the village of Arraggiu near its megalithic site.
Ideal for a great vacation with family or friends, quiet in the beautiful Corsican maquis.
Close to two typically Corsican restaurants.
5/10 minutes from the first shops.
30 minutes from Figari and 10/15 minutes from the first beaches (Saint Cyprien, Palombaggia, Santa Giulia ...).
The villa and the studio are fully air conditioned:
capacity of 8 people maximum.
The villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 with their private bathroom (shower).
_ a bathroom, bathtub and 2 separate toilets.
_ an equipped kitchen and its dining room.
_ a large living room opening onto a large terrace facing its heated swimming pool.
The studio has a bedroom on the mezzanine.
Can accommodate 2 people.
_ A fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom (shower, wc)
The studio also has its outdoor dining area, facing the pétanque court for convivial moments.
The pool area has a pool house with barbecue, small fridge, and dining area ....
Little more, but not least, fully fenced pool for the safety of the little ones. Being parents we wanted to facilitate the stay of our renting parents !!
The property is closed by an electric gate with 3 parking spaces.

A deposit of 2000 € will be requested upon arrival by bank check.
The linen (beds prepared for your arrival) as well as the end of stay cleaning are included in the price.

La maison est située au calme, on s’enfonce dans la nature. D’ailleurs de belles balades sont possibles depuis la maison. La piscine est grande, les pièces sont spacieuses, un charme se dégage de l’ensemble.

Super séjour à Porto-Vecchio : super villa, super piscine et super jardin avec terrain de pétanque. Maison très bien équipée, vous ne manquerez de rien. Chacun a son intimité et peux profiter de nombreux espaces (grand salon, 2 salles de bain privatives, 2 toilettes séparés, studio annexe, terrasse, 2 salons de jardin, espaces piscine avec transats, balancelle, bar équipé, plancha et petits fauteuils). En termes de localisation, la villa est située au calme, loin de la route (tranquillité assurée) ; et se trouve a proximité de la plage, des montagnes, et de coin remarquable tel que cascades et site de l'age de bronze qui nous a permis de profiter au gré de nos envies. Enfin, prestations de qualité : accueil chaleureux, conseils restau imparables et remise des clés ultra aisée (vous arrivez vers 23h30 en plein couvre-feu dû au covid? Ce n’est pas un problème, les gérantes se « plieront en quatre » pour vous accueillir). Un petit coin de paradis: foncez!!
