About this apartment rental
An exceptional location for this 40 m² apartment, for 4 people, offering you a panoramic view of the ocean, the bay of Saint Georges de Didonne and the Cordouan lighthouse.
The large beach of Saint Georges de Didonne at your feet and a few meters from a charming cove, you will only have to choose between swimming, fishing by foot, line, sailing or simply admire this changing landscape from sunrise to sunset ...
In a small residence completely renovated, it will enchant you with its equipment and its sea decoration.
Each season has its charm, this seasonal rental is available for rent all year, by the week.
With its breathtaking view of the ocean, this 40 m² apartment can accommodate 1 couple and 2 children or 2 couples.
It is composed :
- A room with a large fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, etc.), corner sofa and dining room.
- A cabin bedroom with a 140x190 bed and a closet.
- An independent space, with fan, which can be closed (sliding doors) with a pull-out bed comprising either 2 bunk beds 80x200 or a 160x200 bed, small closet.
- A small bathroom with a large spa shower
- Separate toilets
- Entrance with cupboard.

Near the residence you have at your disposal from mid April to the end of September a grocery store with bread (50 m), the La Playa restaurant, takeaway meals (fries, pizzas, etc.), the café in the natural park of estuary 3 min walk, which has a superb view.
2 km away, all year round the shops in the town center of Saint Georges de Didonne (fruit and vegetables, bakeries, pharmacies, delicatessen caterer, U express, etc.) will welcome you.
A Leclerc shopping center is 5 minutes by car.
In season, a large market is present every morning in the city center as well as a night market along the beach every Thursday evening and a craft market every Monday from 8h to 16h on the church square.
Out of season the covered market is open from Tuesday to Sunday inclusive from 8 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
At the entrance of a natural park, this apartment will be the starting point for walks on the beach, in the forest of Suzac or on the coastal path sheltered by oaks, pines or strawberry trees, overlooking the limestone cliffs . You will discover some squares inviting you to dream.
At the bend of a path, on the tip of Suzac, you will be confronted with the history of this place. The remains of a Napoleonic fort and the fortifications of the Atlantic wall will remind you of the strategic importance of this rocky cape ... unless you prefer the hectic life of Royan, which is located a few minutes by car, with its shopping , its restaurants, its museums and its night entertainment.
From its port you can embark to visit the Cordouan lighthouse, reach the Pointe de Grave or pass your boat license ... Everything is possible in our beautiful region!
To distract yourself, you can rent rosalies or take advantage of the entertainment and night shows on offer, in the city center and at the Relais de la Côte de Beauté, by the town of Saint Georges de Didonne.

This apartment is in an absolutely wonderful location - directly on the beach with a view of the sun setting on the water. Mr and Mrs Vincent were excellent hosts - easy to communicate with, helpful, friendly. For a family of four, the space is a bit tight, but it is just as described. I didn't want to leave....

From the start to finish our stay here was superb. The views are breathtaking with beautiful sunsets and calming sea. Christian was very helpful and kind.
The apartment is very well equipped, spotlessly clean and comfortable.
The area has much to see and explore and we will be back.
Thank you Christian for sharing your lovely haven.

Vor der Abfahrt fragte ich mich, wo eventuell der Haken sein könnte. Es gibt wirklich keinen. Wir waren in der Woche vor Ostern dort und es war einfach nur phantastisch. Sehr nette Gastgeber, eine wunderbare Lage eines entzückenden Appartments, das an wirklich nichts fehlen ließ.
