Basque style house 250 m from the beach of Les Vergnes (fine sandy beach with cliffs) in a large wooded garden of 1400 m² fully enclosed, housing 2 semi-detached rentals, a house (6 people) and a studio (2 people, separate bedroom), which can be rented together or separately.
The surroundings are quiet and wooded as the house is located on the edge of the Suzac pine forest. The Vergnes Beach is 250m away. The shops, the daily market in July and August, the supermarket and the restaurants are 1500m away.
Other sandy beaches are nearby as well as tourist sites since St Georges de Didonne, Royan and the village of Talmont sur Gironde are less than 15 minutes away by car. The zoo of La Palmyre is about 30 minutes away, Saintes and the Ile d'Oléron about 40 minutes, La Rochelle and Bordeaux about 1 hour. The ferry crossing the Gironde estuary and serving the Gironde coast and the vineyards of Bordeaux is 15 minutes away.

The 100 m² house is comfortable, and consists of 3 bedrooms (bed 140 for 2 bedrooms, bed 160 for 1 bedroom, living room with TV, DVD player and mini-system, wifi, a shower room, toilet, a fully equipped kitchen (fridge with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, 4-burner gas hob, electric oven, coffee maker, toaster, kettle,.... A terrace with barbecue and garden furniture is at your disposal as well as deckchairs. A swing and some games are available for children. We also provide you with baby equipment (bed, high chair and bath). It is also possible to rent bed linen. You have 2 parking spaces in the fully enclosed garden.
