We enjoyed the location and the beach. We loved all the windows overlooking the beach. We enjoyed our stay. However, it is not in as good condition as the pictures portray. The unit does need some moderate maintenance/repairs. Bed was okay. Be aware that one bathroom doorway is very narrow and the other is narrower than a standard door. One suggestion I have is to add blackout curtains in the bedroom. The lights outside are very bright. The blinds and curtains were not enough to block out the light.

The Phoenix 1 was a nice and clean facility. The fitness room and hot tubs need to be updated to be more inviting and functional.
Condo unit was very nice and comfortable. Great view of the beach and ocean.

The property was as described and depicted on the listing! The views were awesome, the beach was great and clean, location of the condo was great for shopping or eating out!! The bed in the master bedroom was super uncomfortable, it felt like a thin layer of padding on cardboard. The other thing that was noted to be a nuisance was that the door step the last morning we were there somehow flipped down when we left for breakfast and shopping, leaving our condo door 1/4 the way open…nothing was taken but still scary. One other thing is that the hot water on the kitchen sink and bathroom sink didn’t work, but the shower hot water did!! Thank god!
Overall a great place to stay!
