About this house rental
Welcome to our house on the Ridge!
This is our home that we live in with our 4 small children that we rent for special events (Bristol Motor Speedway events, Rhythm & Roots Reunion, holidays, weddings, family reunions, etc.) and groups that need lots of bedrooms with a great entertainment outdoor patio!
COVID & OTHER VIRUSES NOTICE: We do completely disinfect our property before and after each reservation. We care about all that come into our home!
This home is on the top of a mountain ridge and has beautiful views of the area! Sit on the front porch in a rocking chair and enjoy the privacy of being on top of the mountain in the center of Bristol TN. Hang out on the back brick patio & fire up the pit to enjoy the views of the mountains and all the activity below!
The house is large enough that everyone has their own space, but can come together in comfortable settings for dining, playing games, watching the big screens, or roasting marshmallows!
This 5-bedroom house can sleep 12 adults in beds with plenty of space for blow-up mattresses, cots, pack-n-plays, cribs and more (all available if needed). We have more beds available by request.
Downstairs:
Master bedroom is located on the main floor with a Master bath suite- amazing views! This bedroom has a King Serta mattress.

Living Room with large screen cable Apple TV- hope you are tech savvy!
Sun Room for dining with large screen cable TV
Upstairs:
Guest Bedroom 2 has queen bed with en suite full bathroom and a baby crib
Guest Bedroom 3 has a full bed
Guest Bedroom 4 has a California King Tempur-pedic (picture coming soon)
Guest Bedroom 5 has a queen memory foam bed
*We have twin mattresses we can set up on the floor in any of the rooms if needed.
Additional bathroom upstairs.
The back patio features a scenic view overlooking Bristol. There is an outdoor dining table that sits 6 as well as a relaxing couch. This is my favorite area! There is a charcoal grill built in this space, but we have never used it as its sorta far away and use the grill on the side patio.
We have both a charcoal and gas grill off the sun room for grilling!
We do have kids ranging 6-11 years old, so if needed, we have all "kid things" to accommodate (crib, toys, high chair, etc.). Just let me know ahead of time!
Please be aware:
This is our daily home. We have stuff in the pantry and clothes in the closets, and you might step on a lego we accidentally missed. It will be much like the pictures (maybe different bedding) and very clean upon arrival! We want you to feel warm and welcome in our home, but please realize this is a home, not a hotel.
We do have 2 cats that live outside, garage kept during cold/wet weather. We do leave the cats on the property as they "watch" over the house (mostly keeping snakes and rodents away "earning their keep"). Gray one’s name is "Meow" and we leave the garage partially open for food/water as she comes and goes. The grey & white is “Chonchi”. Both are friendly, but won't bother you if you don't wish to interact. If for any reason you do not wish for them to be here, we can arrange to take them to accommodate your group, just let me know ahead of time.

Didn’t spend much time there due to wedding festivities we were in town for bit the views were great and it was very quiet

This beautiful home was the perfect location for five couples to share while visiting friends in Bristol and attending a fundraiser for the local community! It was easy to get to the downtown area for sightseeing and Steele Creek Park for morning walks. We enjoyed the amazing views, spending time on the patio and the large kitchen/living area. There was plenty of parking too! We found the host to be welcoming and very responsive throughout the entire booking process and stay. Thank you for opening up your home to us, we are all parents/grandparents and could feel the love for family in your home!
