The property was advertised as two bedrooms and two baths. It is two bedrooms and two baths, what wasn’t mentioned is, one bedroom is down stairs, while both bathrooms are on the main floor. My pet peeve though, is the front storm door and the opening in which it is supposed to fit, is out of square so much the door will not latch closed.Additionally, there is no protective gate at the head of the stairs leading to the lower floor. A small child or an adult could very easily misstep and be badly injured. The area around the top of the stairs should be better illuminated and a gate installed. My opinion of course.
