About this apartment rental

ARC 1950. Charming apartment in a residence classified Premium. Fully equipped kitchen open to the living room. Very spacious living room opening onto a balcony from which you can admire Mont Blanc. 1 very cozy bedroom and 1 bathroom with bathtub. You can add an extra bed with the convertible sofa in the living room. Maximum 4 beds. Jacuzzi, hammam and sauna available in the residence. Access to the swimming pool and the fitness room a few steps from your apartment.
Laundromat in common areas with free self-service washer and dryer.
The bedding is of excellent quality. Linen is provided and beds are made upon arrival.
Ski departure and return.

Great apartment in the centre of arc 1950, properly ski in/ski out. Sauna, steam room and hot tub near the ski room, board games a nice touch in the apartment. Three of us stayed, the only issue was the digital key which was only set up on 1 of our 3 phones to begin with which wasn't ideal, but sorted out pretty quickly. Would stay again.

Very good ski in/out accommodation in the desirable location of Les Arcs 1950 - we enjoyed our skiing holiday ! Good comms with the host, David - responsive and helpful. Generally well equipped and in good condition. Quite small overall. Really not sure how you would manage with more than two occupants. The bedroom is only just big enough for the double bed and nothing else. Also very limited space for clothes and no hanging space.

This is a lovely apartment set in the beautiful village of Arc1950. Great communication with the owner prior to and during our stay when we had a question or two to be answered. Clean and tidy with plenty of facilities both in the apartment and within the building eg pool,Dana jacuzzi and the village itself eg restaurants and amazing supermarket and bakery, also sports shops etc. Well recommended

The appartment was well equiped as usual. We found everything we needed for a pleasent stay. The only point I have to mentionen is the size of the socalled sleeping room. It was extremely small, not as we expected as a separate room. I mentionen this because we have spent many times in Les Arcs 1950 since 2012 and that's why we can compare different apartments. A plan of the layout of the appartment and the size would be helpful for further desicions for booking.

Really nice apartment in Refuge du Montagnard. Plenty of space for the 2 of us and easy accesss directly to/from the slopes. Have stayed at Les Arcs 1950 a number of times and the Refuge is my favourite blockage of apartments- nice and quiet but also very close to the restaurants, bars and shops. Our host, David, was super helpful and provided us with great support to check in. We will definitely be back.🤗

Our 3rd time in David's apartment. It's only a small 1 bedroom apt but if a couple or small family, has everything you need. A nice feature of Refuge de Montagnard building is the outdoor jacuzzi area, and sauna & steam room, free for use. And the ski locker is on the side of the piste so easy access. For English, the TV has BBC and ITV channels. Would recommend.

Excellent week's skiing in Les Arcs 1950. Apartment was ideal for a family of four (2 children slept on pull-out sofa bed in the lounge). Great location for ski in ski out access, close to village centre, ski school meeting point and amenities. Everything we needed in flat including welcome pack with tea, coffee etc. Lovely view of Mont Blanc from lounge. Used the swimming pool in next-door Hotel once and the sauna and steam room in our hotel. Great communication from owner. Thank you, we had an awesome time (helped by fab snow and sun!) Would definitely recommend and revisit.

Great view of mountains and slopes but unfortunately access to the balcony has been stopped (as it has on most of the wooden balconies in various other Arc 1950 buildings). Although the building has 2 boot rooms only one of these was ski in ski out. No issue we just skied to the front door and took the skis down in the lift. The room WiFi was great and the Internet TV (android based) was a bonus. All in all a good weeks stay spoilt by poor ski weather. Too many white outs 😒

We really loved the apartment! The owner, David made sure we were so well looked after at all times. We noticed there were no egg cups and within hours we had 4 new ones, very impressive! It is quite cosy but the sofa bed was very comfortable so it was fine. The view of Mount Blanc is amazing. We loved the spa just a few floors below) jacuzzi, steam and sauna. Full marks for a wonderful apartment and we LOVE Arc 1950, thumbs up!! Thank you David!

The apartment is in Arc 1950 Le Village which is a stunning ski in ski out village, everything is on your doorstep and there are plenty of shops, restaurants and ski rental outlets to choose from. We have stayed in the village 5 times now and will definitely be returning again. This is the first time we have stayed in this apartment block “Refuge de Montgnard” and I have to say it has possibly the nicest Wellness Centre (hamman and sauna) you get the feeling it has been refurbished but as with all the hotels there everything is top quality for a ski resort. We used the main (largest) swimming pool in “Prince de Cimes” hotel and if you haven’t tried it then you really have to use the outdoor swimming pool, up in the mountains surrounded by snow lounging in an outdoor pool is magical. The apartment itself although the smallest we have stayed in was superbly kitted out and ample big enough for a family of four. The kitchen has all the equipment you will need and most of it felt relatively new and everything was impeccably clean. There is a large smart tv in the apartment which we connected a PlayStation to and were able to log in to our Amazon account on so along with the standard channels you get that gave us an endless supply of entertainment when we were back in the apartment. We had an amazing ski week with what we are told was the best opening week of the season for 5 years. A fantastic weeks skiing in a fantastic apartment. Thank you David

Très bel appart bien situé. RAS si ce n’est l’odeur du tabac froid en arrivant, et l’accès un peu laborieux à l’espace piscine. Il fallait, soit passer par l’extérieur, soit par le parking sous terrain, ce qui implique de se couvrir un minimum. Impossible de s’y rendre en tongs et peignoirs. Du reste tout est conforme au descriptif pour une agréable semaine en famille.
