This house was perfect for the 5 of us. The location to the village made walks to the market and restaurants easy. There was construction and some flooding near the beach so we mainly drove to Siesta Key beach which was only 5 min away. The internet went out on one of the days and Britney was extremely responsive when i texted. Would definitely stay her again and would recommend to others

Loved the convenience of this property to the beach and the center of town. Will definitely look to stay here again when we return to Siesta Key.

We had a great time during our visit. I brought my son and his friends to the beach for senior spring break. The location to the beach was fantastic. I found a gym just down the street too! I was also happy with the location to the Village. Everything was super walkable and I will come back again!My only criticism... the lack of extras such as games, kitchen items and books / other things to do. There was also information about a pool, but we did not have access to that. I stay in VRBO properties all the time, rarely in a hotel. I've never been to a location that lacks kitchen cabinets! Plenty of utensils and dishes, but where's the salt? Where is the pepper? Where are the coffee filters? I bought these items for my five day stay and left them for the next guests, hopefully they get to use them. Where are the games? My boys had plenty to do, don't get me wrong, but when I made them come in at 10pm due to noise ordinance, they were on their phones. Would have been nice for us to have something to do together. And I did find a book, but again... this is an extra and would be nice to have. Maybe some books about the area? I just felt it lacked some extras.
