This home provides an awesome private solar heated in-ground pebble-tec pool and hot tub in a huge paver deck and caged lanai. 4442 sqft of living space including Lanai gives you lots of elbow room to relax. A paver pathway around the house to view the lush tropical gardens that adorn this property. It is fully furnished with many amenities and necessities, just bring your smile... you will be using it.
The Tree House is our beautiful Key West style 2 story, 3200 sq-ft, 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath house available for rent for up to eight people in the heart of Siesta Key on a secluded circle drive. Situated on an exclusive barrier island close to Sarasota, this home is on an official canopy road at Twin Oak Pond just a minutes drive or easy walk to the #1 best beach in the USA, Siesta Key Beach. There is a two car garage with lots of additional parking on the paver driveway... you have arrived at THE TREE HOUSE.
There are full kitchens with stoves and microwaves, and dishwashers on both floors all with under-cabinet lighting. A pool bar with bar fridge assures libation is close at hand. Very updated with hardwood floors and tile, along with high end granite and Silestone. Washer and Dryer on both floors. Three central heating and air conditioning systems. Large flat-screen television the way you like it. High speed internet on WIFI ready to go for you. Stereo tuner / CD player and eight channel speaker system throughout the house makes for easy listening of your favorite music wherever you are. The house has 4 showers so try a new one each day. Nice bathrooms are a must in my book. There are 8 sinks in the house, 3 with disposals built in. 8 spigots with garden hoses... you can even wash your car inside the garage... the floor is pavered and the hose is right there for you! The Sunbrella canopy on the second floor deck can be opened or closed easily... want more sun? Go for it! Want less? Close the canopy! The pool is a solar heated saltwater pool! If you have never used one you are in for a treat and your skin will thank you... no jugs of chlorine sitting around and burning your eyes when you swim in it... now you are in a saltwater pool at 2800 parts per million. PERFECT! There are benches inside the pool all around so you can rest from a hard day of frolicking... but never have to leave the pool! SWEET! The in-ground hot tub is the perfect place for your entire party to sit and realize... you have made it! This place is VERY, VERY private. I love that! No more tromping around the hotel pool with strangers about. It is all you! Quiet and comfy and private. Do you like the soothing sound of waterfalls? Had a birthday celebration with 4 different friend and family groups in and out. Convenient location to the airport in Sarasota and to Siesta Key beach and village. We had a blast!

'The Tree House' was a wonderful , fun place to stay with our family of 8. The neighborhood / location of the home is Very quiet and proves to be a nice, short, pleasant walk in the morning. Its a completely shaded neighborhood.
The 6 of us which were adults had spacious, nicely furnished rooms and our two grandsons had a pull out couch in the lower living area of the home and a 'murphy' bed in a small office like room in the lower part of the home. There was a bedroom in the lower area also for the parents so it made the lower area like a separate 'apartment' for them that also included a small kitchenette area. The master bedroom with bathroom, for my husband and I was Very spacious and comfortable; the connecting bedroom with bathroom for my daughter and son-in-law was perfect for them. There weren't any shades on their windows though so the security/property lights that went off frequently woke them up from time to time.
The upper living area and kitchen area was perfect for all of us with plenty of room to spread out. Provided in the kitchen were basic appliances , dishware, cookware and flatware. Having two refrigerators was perfect. TVs in every bedroom, a full cabinet of games for all ages, and plenty of books for 'readers'.
The location/neighborhood was close enough to Siesta Village and to the Beach so taking a golf cart around the island was perfect.
The overall comfort at this home was Great! Thank you!

The house was verily spacious, cost and had a lot of room to sit and enjoy. What we were lacking however, was an actual 4th bedroom. When we got there, we found that the downstairs area had a space with a sliding door with a fold up bed. This did not classify as a 4th bedroom and I would strongly suggest to change this in the advertisement.
Next to that, we found that the house was not clean according to our standards. The kitchen cabinets were sticky, and the downstairs area is also in need of a thorough cleaning. We spent a good 2 hours on cleaning when we arrived.
On a positive note, the host was very attentive and responded quickly to our questions. One last tip: there is a smoke & heat detector straight above the oven. When we were using the oven normally, it set of the alarm. It might be considered to move this out of the way to avoid unnecessary triggering of the alarm
