Cozy and intimate 1 bedroom 1.5 bathroom condominium that sleeps four is located on the 9th floor of the Phoenix VII.
· Flat screen televisions located in the bedroom and living area
· Queen sofa sleeper in the living area
. Completely repainted March 2015
· Fully equipped kitchen with all major appliances, new granite counter tops and backsplash
· Dining area has new table and chairs with seating for four and the kitchen bar seats two
· Master bedroom has brand new furniture with king size bed, DVD player, and carpet
· Shower and tub combination in the master bathroom
· Magnificent gulf front view with table seating four that can be enjoyed from the tiled balcony
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.

Two negative issues:
1. Toilet in the half bath is almost unusable because your knees are hitting the wall when sitting.
2. The shower head was broke in the only shower available.
Everything else was great and we enjoyed our stay.

I really enjoyed my recent stay. The condo is large enough but also cozy enough for 2 people. The only suggestions I have is to purchase a new mattress/bed as the mattress was hard and noisy. I purchased a mattress pad which greatly improved its comfortableness. The sofa was also uncomfortable after sitting a while and there isn’t a Keurig. But overall, I had a relaxing week on the beach.
