Spacious semi-detached property close to Hope Cove's sandy beaches, sleeping six in three bedrooms.
Sleeping six, Cottage View is a spacious semi-detached property located in Hope Cove only a short walk from the village and two sandy beaches. Sleeping six, there are three comfortable bedrooms, an open plan kitchen/dining room, a traditional sitting room and two agreeable bathrooms. With plenty of outdoor space for children and ample parking, Cottage View is an ideal property for small families and couples who enjoy walking, frequent trips to the beach and exploring the beautiful South Devon scenery in the summer sunshine.
Amenities: Oil central heating.
Fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, four ring ceramic hob/oven/grill. Nespresso and filter coffee machine and air fryer.
Smart TV, DVD/CD/Blu-ray.
Wifi and broadband available.
Parking spaces for 3 medium cars (New for 2023).
Baby friendly - travel cot (1200 x 600)(with additional mattress) please note that sheets are not provided for cots, highchair, stair-gate, bath, utensils etc.
Up to 2 dogs welcome, £30 charge per pet, per week is applicable.
Enclosed garden, south facing terrace with picnic table BBQ with access to a public footpath for a useful shortcut to the beach, pub, cafe and village shop.
All bed linen and towels are supplied. You will need to bring your own beach towels.

Town: The picturesque fishing village of Hope Cove lies in a sheltered bay on South Devon’s coastline, offering superb views over Bigbury Bay and Burgh Island. A choice destination for families, two beaches offer soft sand for sandcastle building, plus rock pools great for entertaining children. The town remains a fishing village where crabs and lobsters are still landed, however it was once used by smugglers. Many ships have perished around the coast and the wrecks that lie beneath the waves make it a popular spot for divers. Above the beach there are a number of pubs and restaurants, including the popular café bar ‘The Cove’. The coastal footpath can be joined from here and leads towards the sandy beaches of Thurlestone and Bigbury-on-Sea in one direction, and the sailing town of Salcombe in the other.
