3-room villa with garden of 50 m2 in residence with swimming pool, recently air-conditioned, 400m from shops and 700m from beach, renovated:
- equipped kitchen (multi-function oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer ...)
-2 bedrooms each with a 140 bed and plenty of storage
-1 convertible sofa in the dining room, wifi
- bathroom and separate wc
- private garden of 40M2 with outdoor barbecue
- pleasant veranda and garden shed (deckchairs, bikes on request (4 bikes available 15 euros / week and deposit) freezer), possibility of loan of cot .on request.

This property was as we expected. It had all that was needed for a pleasant stay. It was priced very reasonably for the area and the use of a pool.We would book it again if go back to that area for our holidays.
