Clean, comfy, easy to check in and to check out, host were constantly checking up online and were curious about our experience

A lot of stairs which initially lead to the apartment. In the description there was an information about the lift but it was after some stairs.

For the breakfast service there wasn't enough breakfast snacks left out for the number of guests and also no milk available to make a cup of tea.

Comfortable bed and pillows in the rooms. Lift was good, as on the 4th floor. Rooms close to the metro for easy access to other areas of Naples and Naples Central. Both rooms had great air conditioning which was included in the price of the room. A great part of Naples to stay in is Vomero, it is definitely one of the best places as local and friendly. Great shops, restaurants and Gelato! This place is a great base and most of the day is spent exploring. Good value for money.

The fridge in the double Vanvitelli room doesn't work and the shower head needs replacing too, as hardly any water came out of the rain shower head which was poor although the water did get hot. The shower in the twin room was cold.

I really enjoyed the place, the cleanliness and the comfort of the room itself.

The Breakfast. I chose this place with the breakfast included because I needed to wake up early and leave the place early. When I arrived late in the night, I saw a little breakfast corner and I asked if that was the “breakfast included”: The answer was positive. In the morning, I realized that there are a lot of things going wrong there: - NO COFFEE MACHINE BUT ONLY THE CAPSULES! How am I Supposed to make myself coffe? - KETTLE AND SOLUBLE COFFEE. Great, NO WATER left In the bottle and no extra bottle. HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO MAKE MY COFFEE? No possible. Plus, nowhere it is written that I can drink tap water and the only drinkable water was in a small bottle that I drank when arrived, since my fridge in the room was empty. The cost of a bottle of water is 0,20€ at the supermarket. Little advice to improve the impression of the guests upon arrival. One single bottle of water would have changed everything. I would have drunk that water and had enough water to make my coffee. No chance. - I EVENTUALLY MADE MY COFFEE WITH TAP WATER, even though I had to first clean the kettle. But that’s fine. Once the coffee is done, I realized that there are no mugs. ONLY BIG AND SMALL PLASTIC CUPS. I had to drink my coffee from a plastic cup that melted itself once I poured it. For an Italian this is the worst of the worst. - I then thought that a cup of juice would have been better but the bottles were open and out of the fridge. Very dangerous for those kind of drinks according to health protocol. - Last but not least, when it arrived the time to eat something, there were only snacks. So very little choice for a breakfast that I apparently paid. I ended up at a Cafeteria at the end of the street and I paid even less. Very few details that could have made my stay very pleasant, but the lack of attention led to this bad review. I am sorry, but I hope that you can take advantage of my comments to improve the service for future guests. DONT FORGET THE MUGS!
