About this villa rental

The villa is composed of:
- A mezzanine on a living room of 50 m2 high height with covered barbecue terrace on an enclosed garden of 2000 m2 with heated pool if requested.
- a modern kitchen with dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven and microwave etc;
- A 17 m2 high-rise bedroom with mezzanine, bathroom, WC toilet and a 140 bed.
A second bedroom of 18 m2 high height with shower room, WC toilet, a 160 bed (2x80) and two 90 bunk beds.
- A third bedroom of 17 m2 high height with shower room, WC toilet and a 140 bed.
- A 23 m2 high-rise studio with pergola terrace, kitchenette, shower room, WC and a 140 cm bed.
All bedrooms have French doors to the garden.
-At the entrance a dressing room and a guest WC;
- A mezzanine with terrace 20 m2 solarium upstairs;
- A cellar with two washing machines, dryer and fridge-freezer
- Parking for 5 vehicles.

A beautiful villa in lush and secluded grounds. The palms around the pool gave it an almost tropical feel. Louis and Ulla were charming, and their home was well-appointed with everything we could have wished for. Comfortable, spacious, light – and yet cool thanks to the air-conditioning! – and so much space outside for lazing around the pool and for dining in the beautifully maintained garden. So convenient too for our favourite beaches at Gigaro and la plage du Débarquement as well as for trips to St Tropez. A wonderful, peaceful retreat!

We have spent our summers in the area for nearly a decade, and our stay at Louis and Ulla's home is easily one of the best we've had. They were incredibly gracious, kind, and responsive hosts. Their spotless home is beautifully designed and maintained, a perfect combination of classic features of the area with modern renovations for convenience. It was even larger than we expected, providing comfort and privacy for all of us, while still offering communal spaces for us to hang out and share meals (cooked in their spacious, modern kitchen). The pool and grounds perfect for lounging, playing pétanque, or hosting an outdoor dinner. It is very conveniently located, within minutes of grocery stores, a pharmacy, boulangerie, and most importantly: the beach. We can't wait to return.

This was one of the nicest villas our family has stayed in; exceptionally well equipment and beautifully designed. Everything was is good working order and the pool and grounds were stunning. The outside grill and covered dining area are perfect and the link to the inside kitchen is very handy. The Monets are very welcoming and friendly and respond immediately to any queries you have. We would recommend this for a brilliant family holiday.

Great property

Our family (9 of us) stayed at this property for two weeks in July 2016 and had a great time. Superb sized pool and plenty of things supplied in the garden to keep the children occupied if needed. Property was well furnished and there is a nice studio at the back of the property. Monsieur and Madame Monnet both welcomed us when we arrived which was appreciated. Yes we would return to this property.

Très bon accueil des propriétaires. La maison est agréable avec toutes les commodités nécessaires. Le jardin est magnifique et nous avons bien profité de la grande piscine.. La plage est proche ainsi que les commerces. Toute la famille a apprécié le séjour !

Nous avons séjourné une semaine en Juillet 2021, nous étions 2 familles avec 4 enfants de 3-5 ans au total ainsi qu’une fille au pair qui couchait dans un petit studio accolé à la maison. Les propriétaires de la maison sont très disponibles, et dotés d’une grand sens du service. Beaucoup de choses très pratiques étaient à disposition des locataires tel que les gels douches shampoings, papiers, masques, capsules café, produits alimentaires de fonds type assaisonnement etc… ce qui est assez rare en location pour être souligné. Le maison est très fonctionnelle, dotée de tout l’équipement nécessaire notamment en cuisine (entièrement neuve), mais également en hi fi audio visuel. Le terrain est très vaste, joli et arboré, avec beaucoup de jeux et équipements pour les enfants.La piscine est assez grande. Plusieurs espaces pour prendre les repas avec plancha, et les apéritifs. La localisation est très bonne, dans un quartier résidentiel à proximité des plages de La Croix valmer (2 minutes à peine en voiture de la plage du débarquement), en revanche le centre ville de La Croix valmer n’est pas tellement accessible à pied, quoique faisable pour les sportifs en footing ou vélo mais c’est une longue montée. En résumé un excellent séjour, une maison avec beaucoup d’atouts et des propriétaires d’un grande gentillesse faisant preuve d’un accueil chaleureux et d’un sens du service irréprochable Nous ne pouvons que vivement recommander cette maison. La Croix valmer et les environs (ramatuelle, st tropez, cavalaire) sont un lieu de villégiature des plus agréables pour passer des vacances d’été. Jérôme S.

Wir haben zu Zehnt eine unglaublich schöne Zeit erlebt. Die Nähe zum Meer, zu den schönen Städtchen auch zu st. Tropez ist phänomenal. Das Haus bietet alles was man braucht. Ausreichend Poolliegen und Tische mit Stühlen, eine plancha zum grillen und vieles mehr. Der Pool war eine Wucht. Hier kann man auch ein zweites Mal herkommen!!! Viele Grüsse an dieser Stelle an Ulla und Louis Monnet.

Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour dans cette villa. La maison est fonctionnelle et très bien entretenue, le jardin et la piscine sont vraiment agréables. Les extérieurs sont également bien adaptés aux jeunes enfants. L'accueil a été parfait et les propriétaires ont pensé à tout pour faciliter le quotidien (prises anti moustiques, produits du quotidien, linge de maison, accessoires pour la piscine et jeux d'enfants, etc). Nous y avons séjourné à 2 familles, c'était parfait. La communication a été très fluide avec le propriétaire, qui est par ailleurs très sympa. Nous avons hâte d'y retourner !

Nous avons sejourne dans la maison avec 5 enfants de 18 mois a 11 ans et 3 adultes. La maison est parfaite pour des vacances en famille, pratique, tres bien equipee et securisee. C'est unm havre de paix tres bien situee. Les enfants s'amusaient tellement dans le jardin entre la grande piscine, le babyfoot, la petanque et le ping pong qu'il a ete difficile de les convaincre de venir a la plage... Un grand merci aux proprietaires qui sont egalement charmants.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans une belle maison, assez vaste pour accueillir sans problèmes 6 adultes et 4 enfants, âgés de 3 à 6 ans. Le descriptif correspondait en tous points à la réalité. Belle décoration, soignée. Location impeccable. Equipement très complet. Joli jardin très sécurisé pour de jeunes enfants. Endroit très calme. Accueil chaleureux du propriétaire. Location à recommander.

Wir, zwei Familien mit 7 Kindern (8-17j.) und drei grossen Hunden, verbrachten 10 tolle Tage in dieser super Villa. Das Haus bieten viel Platz, ist perfekt ausgestattet und sehr schön eingerichtet. Der Garten ist riesig und wunderschön angelegt mit grossen Palmen und gut gepflegtem Rasen. Er bietet viel Platz zum Spielen und gemütlichen Sitzen. Der Pool ist toll. Herr und Frau Monnet waren tolle Gastgeber und haben uns bestens und herzlich betreut. Der Strand in Croix Valmer ist zwar hundefrei, ein Morgenspaziergang mit Hund ist aber kein Problem. Merci beaucoup, M. & Mme Monnet!!!
