Obwohl die Wohnung sehr schön ist - sehr sauber, modern, zentral gelegen - ist sie aufgrund der extrem unfreundlichen Vermietagentur nicht empfehlenswert. "Kommunikation" im Vorfeld des Mietzeitraums beschränkte sich auf Anweisungen, die wir zu erfüllen hätten. Nachfragen unsererseits blieben unbeantwortet. Noch auf der Hinfahrt besaßen wir bis 2 Std vor Ankunft keine Mitteilung, wo der Schlüssel zur Abholung hinterlegt ist. Auch die Rücküberweisung der Kaution erfolgte schleppend.
