About this apartment rental
This is a duplex apartment completely refurbished in a very typical Touquettoise villa.
The living room and dining room are south facing.
There are 4 bedrooms, 3 balconies, 2 showers (the shower cubicles were replaced with tiled showers in January 2024) and 2 toilets.
Three bedrooms each have a double bed (one with a 160 cm (so 63" bed and two with a 140 cm so 55" bed), and one bedroom has two 90 cm so 35,5" bunk beds.

Located 4 km from Le Touquet aerodrome, 5 km from Etaples train station (bus or taxi).
Wifi access. 2 TVs, DVD players
Seaside resort renowned for the quality of its infrastructure (sand yachting, 3 golf courses, very beautiful equestrian center, many tennis courts,...).
All the frames have been replaced (double glazing), as has the boiler (gas central heating).
You also have extra space on the ground floor for your strollers, bikes, golf cart,...
Forget your cars, everything is nearby. The beach, the market and the shops are within walking distance. It's touquettoutapiedpointfr
You benefit from internet access (wifi), 2 flat screen TVs, a Hifi system.
There are toilets on each floor.
2 options are possible with the rental of sheets (we do not make beds) at 20 € per bed and the rental of towels at 5 € per unit.
From now on, cleaning is no longer an option. It will be included in the price. However, before you leave, we ask you to empty the dishwasher and all the bins. Similarly, we ask you to clean the inside of the oven after each use, as well as to systematically squeegee the shower screens.
For statistical reasons, please specify (when you apply for a rental) your place of residence (we are Lille!).
