The luxurious ocean-front condominium offers an exquisite combination of Mexican architectural flavor with modern, comfortable amenities at Puerto Vallarta. One bedroom, one bathroom with an infinity pool, a private beach, and three outdoor pools. Gorgeous ocean views from this hike-rise building.
Tower 1000 is an excellent tower on the beach, evoking the elegant Venetian style. It is a few minutes from downtown and the airport and close to everything in the condominium.
The condominium has a modern kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, oven, and dishwasher. One balcony is in front of the ocean and the beach from the living room. The bedroom and the kitchen face the sea. For entertainment, two flat TVs with cable in the living room and the bedroom and internet service with Netflix.
Enjoy watching whales and dolphins, tennis, volleyball, boats, cruise ships, fireworks, the glittering lights of the town, billiard room, movie theater, gym, and snack bar, all from the condo. Everything you need is within walking distance, including multiple supers, movie theaters with films in English, and many restaurants, Starbucks, and casinos just a block away. Local buses are closed for the 10-minute ride to town (55 cents), and Uber services are from the lobby.
Also, taxis and Uber are readily available at your service.

Communication was superb. Sandra the host was extremely helpful. Would recommend this unit to anyone. This is a superb locattion directly facing the ocean on the 21st floor.. the unit is well furnished with 2 chairs on the balcony along with a small dining table and 2 chairs. Wifi was superbHighly recommended

Had a wonderful stay at Sandra’s apartment. The view was amazing, the kitchen was well equipped and the apartment was very clean. Sandra replied to our enquiries immediately.

The property owner was amazing! She was kind, thoughtful and very responsive. The property was beautiful, the views were amazing and has everything you could possibly want or need. Everything in the unit was top notch. Linens and towels were excellent, it had everything you could possibly need I the kitchen and the views from every room were spectacular. Thank you Sandra, we really appreciate you and your hospitality and look forward to our next visit!
