This two bedroom and two bathroom condo has recently been updated. It features tile flooring throughout, a new water heater, updated decor and much more.
The living room is a spacious room with a large couch, a new recliner, a glider and entertainment center with a flat screen television, DVD player and a stereo system.
The kitchen features new granite counter tops and is fully equipped with a breakfast bar with bar stools. In the dining area sits a table with four chairs.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a wall-mounted flat screen television with a wireless combination DVD/VCR player, and access to the balcony.
The master bathroom has been remodeld with granite counter tops, double wash basins and a fully walk-in tiled shower with a handicap bar.
The guest bedroom has a pair of full-size beds, a chest of drawers, and a mounted flat screen television.
The comfortable funishings on the extra large balcony include a table with four chairs, three rocker chairs, and a lounge chair.

The property was clean and spacious., it was in a great location to all the attractions. The view from the balcony was amazing and we enjoyed watching all the boats.

We loved the beach and pool! The decks are large and wonderful!
Only downfall is the outdoor pool isn't heated like other phoenix locations..

Nice facilities and service. Not crowded then, but watch out during peak season. Have been going to Orange Beach for over 25 years. It was fun being near the bridge and channel seeing all the boat traffic
