Je voulais souligné en plus ( des autres commentaires ) que le studio est très propre avec un aménagement neuf, résidence calme hors saison. Et surtout que les propriétaires sont sympathiques, conciliants disponibles et honnêtes. Bonnes vacances aux prochains qui y séjourneront.

La description de la location est réaliste. L' ambiance intérieure est agréable. Le couchage se fait sur un clic-clac et sur un matelas en mezzanine: les deux sont confortables. Le ménage est à la charge des occupants, il faut donc prévoir le nécessaire: c' est toujours plus pratique . Le propriétaire a recréé une salle de bain avec douche et sanibroyeur à l' intérieur du studio: pas besoin d' aller sur le palier. De la documentation touristique est disponible dans le studio. Le cinéma (tarif très peu élevé et grande salle) est sur la place d' en face à 200 mètres à pieds. En novembre le stationnement était facile dans la rue: le quartier et l' immeuble étaient calme pas de bruit la nuit. Pas de gare à proximité ni d' aéroport!Aire de stationnement pour camping-cars à proximité mais pas de nuisance constatée! Le propriétaire est sympathique et accepte de louer même pour une seule nuit et à la dernière minute ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas. Il y a plusieurs restaurants et la plage n' est pas loin.
