About this cottage rental

Apartment, upstairs, located above an unoccupied room, facing south, at the end of a closed driveway, away from traffic, in the middle of a private enclosed garden with trees, with terrace.
This rental (2-star label) is completely independent, a few minutes (half an hour on foot) from the beach, Authie Bay and close to shops.
Price with tourist tax and charges included:
Optional: cleaning fee: 30 euros, sheets 7 euros / bed.
From 27/06 to 29/08: 450 euros / week other periods 300 euros
A deposit of 150 euros will be requested on arrival and returned on departure, deductions made for any damage or the cleaning fee if the tenants do not wish to do so.
Minimum rental period: 7 days
We send a rental contract directly, in which you can choose the options if you wish.
Low price, no refund in case of cancellation.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans ce petit appartement (max 3 4 personnes). La literie est excellente! Idéal comme point de départ pour visiter les merveilleux sites de la Baie de Somme. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et disponibles. Nous y reviendrons certainement.

Quel calme! Disposition idéale pour profiter à pied de Fort Mahon ou pour visiter la Baie de Somme. Le cadre est très agréable et reposant. La location est telle qu'on le voit sur les photos: propre et lumineuse. La literie est en effet exceptionnelle et le bémol revient à la sdb pourtant aménagée au maximum de sa possibilité mais il faut s'y déplacer la tête baissée, dommage!Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et disponibles pour toute info par contre les passages pour entretenir le jardin lors de notre séjour étaient dérangeantes quant à l'intimité. Je recommande et y retournerai certainement.

Gîte neuf et très propre. Literie + que correcte. Environnement calme. Propriétaires très sympathiques et aimables. Compte tenu du fait que la partie douche et toilette est mansardée, les grandes tailles peuvent être gênées.

pour un week end de repos, nous avons trouvé ce gite à la hauteur de ce que nous recherchions. la description était telle ce que nous avions vu sur internet,propre ,claire . Nous n'avons vu la proprietaire que pour notre dèpart mais très gentille et voulant connaitre nos impressions. Je recommanderai cette location pour quelqu'un cherchant le calme hors saison comme nous l'avons fait Mauvais point mais sur le lieu: rien n'était ouvert ou presque. Pour le calme oui mais pour se restaurer aller y en été!!
