A refundable $500 security bond is required for all bookings. This will be processed on your arrival day, or 24–48 hours prior if you're arriving on a public holiday. (Note – this does not apply for Airbnb bookings)

• Check-In: From 2:00 PM, or 3:00 PM during peak periods (school holidays, Christmas, Easter, and public holidays)
• Check-Out: strictly 10:00 AM during peak periods
If you're arriving outside of the peak times, early check-in may be possible—contact us at least 24 hours in advance and we'll do our best to accommodate you

No parties – this home is not a party home, it is intended for quiet, family-friendly stays.
Please keep noise to a respectful level at all times
No smoking, vaping, or use of e-cigarettes anywhere on the property – indoors or outdoors.
No Fireworks, firearms, or any explosives will be tolerated
No Driving or parking on lawns or garden areas
Please note: Failure to follow these rules can result in early termination of your stay without a refund, and your security bond will be forfeited.
Additional cleaning fees may also apply if the property is not left clean and tidy.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, and we look forward to welcoming you to the area!
Arrivals and Departures:
On the day of your arrival check in is from 2pm, when the property may be available for an earlier check in we will notify you. On the day of departure check out is strictly 10am, If a late check out should be available we will notify upon arrival. We try our best to have the properties ready for a 2pm check in however during peak period the check in time may differ.
Please Note: Extra Cleaning fees will apply if the property is not left in a similar state of which it was found.
50 Bbq cleaning fee will be applied if the Bbq is left unclean after use.

We were in Huskisson for a wedding with celebrations over a few days. The property size and location was perfect for three couples!
Excellent position being close to town, quick access to the beach for a swim, and overall the property was the perfect size.

Overall pleased with standard of apartment & location excellent; we found Kitchen & Living area most comfortable with well stocked kitchen, utensils etc. & outside area with dining table just great for al fresco dining / drinks.
Bedrooms all good; found 3rd bedroom with twin beds not made up with sheets however this was rectified promptly when referred to Agents.
We enjoyed our stay immensely!
