The location was excellent and the house had a lovely feel with decor that made it feel homely and attractive. The place was well equipped and clean.
The only downside to this property was the lack of ceiling fans and air conditioning. I would not stay here in the Summer despite the excellent location and proximity to the beach.

The house was spacious & well laid out. The kitchen was well stocked with crockery, cutlery, and kitchen equipment. The large BBQ was great for dinners. Location was convenient, a short walk to town, cafes & beach. And the complementary bottle of wine from our hosts was lovely.
We would have liked a bed side table instead of a chair next to the bed, it was a balancing act having our morning coffee in bed.
We were divided on the lack of air conditioning. Half the guests were comfortable with the supplied fans, half were sweaty mess' & wanted air-con.

Place was well equipped -everything and more
including welcoming bottle of wine
Layout of rooms was gr8 - Grandparents in their eighties had separate bedroom away from noise of family in the other side of living area
Cosy living room
Mayb ceilings fans OR Air con as it would b hot in Summer
