About this villa rental

Ideally located, feet in the water, in a quiet location with the idyllic setting of Porto Vecchio Bay. Comfortable house of 66 m2 with terrace of 45 m2 and sea view 180 °. The house is totally renovated, and completely equipped. Reversible air conditioning and Wi Fi. A well separated sleeping area with 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 separate beds) a bathroom (Italian shower and bath) and a separate toilet. The living room with sofa bed, TV, DVD player and video library, dining area 4/6 people. A separate fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, Oven and Microwave Oven, warmer drawer, dishwasher and washing machine washer / dryer, fridge and freezer. Nespresso coffee maker. On the terrace garden furniture and dining area, parasols.
On the beach of Benedettu 100 m in the bottom of the residence without road to cross, semi Rigid rental, windsurfing and catamaran. Possibility of having lunch or dinner at the restaurant of the hotel 'La Plage Casadelmar'.
Guarded and private parking.

A very nice apatment with a fantastic terrace with a " partial " view ( over the roof of an other villa ) of the Golfo di Porto Vecchio .

Perfect house and perfect position, everything clear and elegant. Really nice for a family. Terrace is a fantastic place to have a dinner and the sea is just at 50 mt. Parking exclusive and really comfortable.
