Avignon Country House is perfectly positioned among the gently undulating hills of Kingston, a short drive from the vibrant activity and cultural attractions of Daylesford and Hepburn Springs.
The property has three bedrooms, comprising one queen bed, one double bed and two single beds. Cosy lounge area with Ned Kelly fireplace, separate dining room with seating for up to 8 and fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom with claw foot bath and shower, and separate toilet.
Avignon features a number of outside seating areas, with an outdoor eating area and BBQ in the rear courtyard.

Lovely quiet location. Rustic home surrounded by nice gardens with visiting birds Rosellas & finches.Comfortable beds with nice linen. Took a long time to heat the house up. Would have been nice for the heater to be on before we arrived. Would stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this cottage. It is a gorgeous French Provincial style cottage - very rustic which made it feel like quite an adventure! The kids loved it. We stayed in the middle of winter and it was important to keep the wood burner going to keep the house warm. The garden and surrounds are lovely, with a fully fenced and secure backyard - perfect for the dog.

All good but the place is in need of some TLC; there is a line where "rustic" becomes dilapidated.Along with this a tiny bat surprised the kids during dinner, no issue I'm sure but better be prepared.
